Per Slow Food Isole Slow è arrivato il momento di avviare la parte operativa del Progetto “I Pesci Dimenticati”, realizzato con il sostegno di Blue Marine Foundation e la collaborazione dell’Associazione Pesca Responsabile Isole Eolie. Il mese di febbraio segna l’avvio di tutte le attività “pratiche” e delle modalità di realizzazione di un progetto che pone moltissima attenzione sulla salvaguardia della pesca sostenibile e dei pescatori che la praticano.Vedi Articolo
